Terms of Service

• Payment with LavaTop via PayPal/Card/Pix/ApplePay, PayPal invoice or Ko-Fi.
• Payment up front or after the sketch. Payment plans are available and discussed privately.
• I continue work only after full payment.
• I don't refund money if work has been started. In case you initiate refund yourself without my behalf you’ll be blacklisted and won’t be able to commission me again.
• All edits are done at the sketch stage.
• Additional character +100% of the price.
• Complex design of the character may cost extra.
• I can fix mistakes if I made them myself on any stage of art.
• I show only sketch and color stages (Let me know if you want to see all the process of work).
• Deadline is 2 months, if you need your art for the exact time - you can ask (no less than 1 week).
• Time it takes to finish your work varies from 1 week to 2 months.
• You can't appropriate my art authorship as your own and use my works for any commercial purposes without purchasing commercial rights.
• Commercial rights +30-100% of the price (depends on purposes). Merchandise production rights +300% of the price.
• Always credit me when posting my work in any socials.
• I reserve a right to use your art in my art portfolio without commercial purposes.
• If you don’t pay after completed sketch I reserve a right to use the sketch for my purposes. You don’t own or have rights to use unpaid work. You have one week to pay after completed sketch was provided (exceptions if we discussed it privately before the art was started).
• Anonymous commission (publishing w/o link on your profile) for free, private one (w/o publishing) +50% of the price.
• If you commission me with design made by me you’ll get 10% discount.

• Anthro/feral
• Pokemon
• Fantasy Creatures
• Fanart
• BackgroundsI can try to draw human at your own risk!

Won't draw:
• Forbidden or problematic themes, signs, hate, revenge arts, political themes, etc
• Characters with more than 2-3 red colors in design
• Weird fetishes (ask)
• NSFW with ferals, childish characters, minors
• Rape, pedophilia, caprophilia, zoophilia, watersports, diapers, eroguro
• Sexual interactions with some Pokemon 1st evolutions (sprigatito, eevee, scorbunny, buneary, etc.). I represent childish-looking pokemons as children
